Terms of service.

These terms govern your use of MaxPanel and its website, customer portal, and licenses. MaxPanel is operated by Server Host Inc, 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. By creating an account or using MaxPanel, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

MaxPanel is a self-hosted control panel for shared hosting. We provide the software, a license to run it, and the website, portal, and licensing services that support it. You are responsible for the server you install it on and for everything you and your users do with it.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 and able to enter into a binding contract. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

3. Licenses

A license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to run MaxPanel on the server it is bound to, subordinate to the account limits of your plan, for the duration of your subscription. Licenses are bound to a server fingerprint at activation; rebinding to a new server is subject to the limits in the portal. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the license, or remove or circumvent its licensing and validation mechanisms.

4. Trials

Where offered, free trials are limited to one per customer. We use reasonable measures, including checkout IP records, to enforce this. Trials may be ended or refused where we detect abuse.

5. Billing and renewals

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method for each period. You can cancel from the customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices may change on renewal with prior notice.

6. Refunds and chargebacks

We do not issue refunds — the free trial exists so you can verify the product before paying. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us will result in immediate revocation of the associated licenses and may result in termination of your account.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

8. Your content and users

Because MaxPanel is self-hosted, the websites, mailboxes, and end users you run on it are your responsibility. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws, for the conduct of your users, and for backing up your own data. We have no access to and assume no responsibility for the content on your server.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or licenses if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that harms us or others. You may stop using MaxPanel at any time by cancelling your subscription and closing your account.

10. Warranties and disclaimer

MaxPanel is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Server Host Inc will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes take effect on the "last updated" date above, and continued use of the service after that date means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The courts located in Wyoming will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
